This set of rules aims to establish the conditions of stay for tourists within the guesthouse premises. It applies to all guests who accept it by the mere fact of their accommodation in the guesthouse and must comply with it without limitations or reservations. As your hosts, we want you to have a pleasant stay at our guesthouse, and we assure you that we will strive to meet all your requirements. To fulfill these wishes and ensure that you return to us with pleasure, we kindly ask you to respect the following internal regulations:

Client refers to any person accommodated or benefiting from any services of the Guesthouse.

• Accommodation in the guesthouse is done at the reception, presenting an identification document for registration in the guest register and to receive the key for the reserved room.
• Check-in: starting at 3:00 PM; Check-out: 11:00 AM.
• Payment for accommodation costs is made at the reception upon arrival. From the moment the key is handed over at the reception, the guest is responsible for the reserved room.
• Visitors must be announced at the reception. Visitors must leave the guesthouse by 11:30 PM at the latest.
• External food or beverages are not allowed.
• Breakfast is served between 8:00 AM and 10:00 AM.
• Do not use towels for: hair dyeing, makeup removal, cleaning shoes, luggage, or floors. They should only be used for personal hygiene.
• We are not responsible for any accidents resulting from improper use of the provided items or non-compliance with these regulations.
• Similarly, we are not responsible for any accidents resulting from the lack of supervision of children.
• The guesthouse does not assume responsibility for cars in the private parking area or for items left inside them.
• High-power electrical appliances, heaters, electric stoves, kettles, etc., are not allowed in the guesthouse.
• Smoking and vaping (e-cigarettes – according to EC regulations) are prohibited in the rooms and other areas of the guesthouse, except in designated areas, the courtyard, and the garden. Cigarette butts should be disposed of in designated waste bins or ashtrays only after they have been extinguished.
• Garbage and household waste should be placed in garbage bags, which can be obtained at the reception, or in the designated waste bins throughout the guesthouse.
• Do not dispose of paper or other items in the toilet that could damage the sewer system.
• Food preparation and consumption are not allowed in the rooms; food consumption is only permitted in the dining area. The consumption of food and beverages from outside the guesthouse is prohibited.
• Tourists are not allowed access to the kitchen or to use the guesthouse’s equipment (computer, sound equipment, etc.) without the permission of the staff.
• The introduction of weapons, knives, or substances prohibited by law into the guesthouse is strictly prohibited.
• According to Romanian law, the consumption or sale of hallucinogenic or psychotropic substances is prohibited and punishable.
• The key must be returned to the reception after the reserved period has expired, only after the room has been checked by the guesthouse staff.
• In the case of early departure, please notify the reception at least 12 hours in advance.

Tourists must:

• Not damage the guesthouse’s belongings; otherwise, they will be charged the value of the damaged item and related labor costs.
• Not take any items from the guesthouse upon departure.
• Only use the common areas of the guesthouse and the rooms reserved for them.
• Not enter other rooms or areas designated for staff only.
• Not leave children unattended.
• Report any equipment or facility malfunctions as soon as possible. Do not attempt to repair them yourself.
• Respect the peace and quiet of other guests.
• Adhere to the guesthouse’s resting hours: 11:00 PM – 8:00 AM. As the comfort of every guest is important to us, please respect the resting hours. If you arrive at the guesthouse after 11:00 PM due to objective reasons, please maintain silence. This regulation is in line with our guests’ expectations. In case of non-compliance, we reserve the right to deny access to the guesthouse premises.
